Alejandra

Alejandra is 15 years old and is in sixth grade. This is her third year at Chispas of Change. She likes celebrating holidays like Children’s Day (October 1) and she also really likes Doña Lily’s cooking. Alejandra loves playing with her friends during PE class.

Alejandra lives with Callie, Estuardo, Helvi, Dayareli, Celia, and Matías. She likes living with them because it feels nice and comfortable because there aren’t fights. After school, Alejandra likes to take a nap and then walk around the park with Celia. On the weekends, Alejandra sometimes goes to help her mother take care of her younger sister in Antigua. She likes to go to church on Sundays with the López family because the church is really pretty and not too hot. She loves all types of seafood!

Alejandra wants to be a flight attendant when she grows up so that she can travel all over. She also wants to own her own business. She hopes to become a better person this year. She wants to save up so that she can buy a plane ticket to the United States when she turns 18.
