Celia

Celia is 15 years old and is in seventh grade. This is her third year at Chispas of Change. What she likes most about Chispas is learning about Jesus and visiting new places on field trips. She likes that she has a good teacher.

Celia lives with Estuardo and Callie’s family, and her two classmates, Alejandra and Dayareli. After school, she likes to draw or write fantasy stories. She recently wrote a story about Estuardo learning to fly. On the weekends, she likes to go to church because she has friends and feels very accepted there. Celia’s favorite thing to eat is anything related to seafood!

When she grows up, Celia wants to be a counselor or a photographer. She wants to be a counselor because she wants to share about Jesus during the sessions and help children who are going through hard times. She wants to tell them that Jesus loves them. She wants to be a photographer because she likes to take photos. Someday, she would like to have access to an auditorium to sing. Her goal for this year is to pass her grade, because she wants to be someone in life.
