Irma
Irma is a 14-year-old student in 7th grade who lives with her parents and her six brothers and sisters. She has one older sister and five younger siblings. Irma is very involved in caring for her family. She prepares food for her younger siblings, and they enjoy what she makes.
Her favorite subject is English because it helps her communicate with more people. Irma hopes to become a teacher so she can teach children how to read. Her favorite food is fried shrimp. In her free time, she enjoys drawing and playing with her brothers and sisters. She wants to become a better person and help others. Jesus gives her hope, and she believes that through Him there is eternal life. Today, she is thankful because God has protected her family and because her sister, who was in an accident, is alive.
