Lian

Lian is 15 years old and is in sixth grade. This is his second year at Chispas of Change. He loves to play games and work puzzles at Chispas. He also likes to play soccer during PE class. Lian likes doing chores at school, and he also really likes our school’s name: Chispas of Change.

Lian lives with his parents. He says that they show him lots of love. Outside of school hours, Lian works in a carpentry shop making coffins. He likes to go to the park to eat street food by himself when he has spending money. On the weekends, Lian plays with his cousin. They like to play soccer and work puzzles. Lian has even completed a 1,000 piece puzzle! His favorite food is estofado.

Lian wants to be a doctor or a firefighter when he grows up because he likes to help people. He wants to help sick people get better. His goal for this year is to be on his best behavior and make friends at Chispas because he is tired of being alone.

Lian could benefit from speech therapy and cognitive evaluations this year.
